How do I add discounts?
📝 neuroflash grants discounts for a wide variety of reasons. For example, for educational institutions, associations or in individual cases by arrangement. In this case, coupons are often added manually by our team. But it can also happen that you get a code sent to you. How to use it is described below:
How do I add discounts to an existing plan?
Go to your app. There you will find your account overview in the lower left area of your profile.
If you click the icon, you will be taken to a short overview of the settings. Click on "My Settings".
Here you can find a lot of interesting information about your profile. Since we are only interested in the coupon overview,
scroll all the way down. Then you will find the following field:
Now click on the blue colored "Apply promotion code". When you have entered your code here, press Enter to confirm your entry.
How do I add discounts to a new tariff?
To add a discount to a new tariff, you must first select a tariff. You can do that in the overview of your app on the button "
Upgrade".
Once you have chosen a tariff, click on it and you will be redirected to an overview of our payment provider Stripe. The following overview:
You will find the field with a red border where you can add a discount code by clicking on it. With Enter you confirm your input.
What if an error appears?
If you encounter an error, please email our support team at magicpen@neuroflash.com. Please have the following information ready urgently:
- your promotion code
- the email of your account
- the content of the error message
We will take care of the error correction as soon as possible.
Manually added coupons.
When a coupon is added manually by our team, you don't have to worry about anything. We have access to your rate and store the code right there. So sit back and enjoy a cocktail. 🍹
