Do I lose my words when switching plans?

📝 neuroflash always strives to make the use of the app as easy as possible for customers. This includes account management for the user, in which he can check, understand and, if necessary, change his tariff and its term at any time.

I have upgraded my tariff

With neuroflash, each plan differs in the scope of services. This also includes word quotas designed depending on the tariff. When changing the contract, each customer receives a different word contingent and thus automatically loses his or her accumulated words. However, the contingent of developed bonus words remains unaffected. In the case of an upgrade, this is a special case in which individual decisions can be made after reporting to our team ( magicpen@neuroflash.com).

I have downgraded my tariff

With neuroflash, each tariff differs in the scope of services. This also includes word quotas designed depending on the tariff. When changing the contract, each customer receives a different word contingent and thus automatically loses his or her accumulated words. However, the contingent of developed bonus words remains unaffected.
Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to credit remaining word quotas in the event of a downgrade or termination. The only exception to this is prior notification to customer service. We are only able to discuss the persistence of saved words after prior email to magicpen@neuroflash.com.

I am now a free user again

With neuroflash, each tariff differs in the scope of services. If the contract is terminated, you will automatically be booked into the normal free tariff, which allows you to use 2,000 free words per month. Accumulated words will be forfeited upon termination.
