What is the team function?

The team function is a possibility to work together as a group in a so-called workspace. In this workspace, it is possible to share documents and to work together on projects.


In which plan does the team function work?

The team function is part of the Pro-Plan. Both the owner of the team and the contributors must be in the "Pro" plan in order to be invited to join a team.


How do I create a team?

Creating a team is possible in the account settings. To do this, you must be in the Pro plan.

To create a team, go to the settings of your account. This link will take you directly to your profile: https://app.neuro-flash.com/profile.


Now click on User, as marked in the image below:

Now you are in the overview of your team. As the first member of your team, you are automatically the so-called "owner" of the workspace. This means that you are the founder and have all rights.


How do I join a team?

You can now join a team by invitation of your workspace owner or admin. If he invites your e-mail registered with neuroflash, you will receive an invitation by e-mail. This looks like this:

By clicking on "Join Now" you will be redirected to a page where you can confirm the invitation again. Once you have confirmed the invitation, you will be taken to the team overview, which looks like this:

All team members are listed here with the corresponding role. You can also see the status of each team member, whether an invitation has been accepted and the user is active, or whether acceptance is still pending. You can also see the date of the last activity.

Using the 3 dots next to the team members, it is possible to resend an invitation or to remove the team member.


How do I invite people to my team?

Inviting people works via the overview page of your team. You can access this page directly via the following link: https://app.neuro-flash.com/profile/users.

By clicking on the blue field "Invite user", you will get to the field below, where you can invite the desired team member via the e-mail used for registration.

Each invited user will be charged as an account in the Pro-Plan at the expense of the team founder from the time of acceptance of the invitation.


How do I delete an account in the team?

The removal of a team member is easily possible via the team's user administration. Both the owner and the team admins have these rights. By clicking on the 3 dots next to the respective team member, you can remove that member and remove the account.

Who pays for the team function?

The costs for the invited team members are borne by the founder and owner of the workspace. There is NO invoicing to the individual members.


What roles are there in a team?

In teams, we distinguish between 3 different roles. The founder of a workspace is always the owner. This title cannot be passed on and is unique.

An Admin can be appointed by the team owner or by another admin and has the possibility to invite users. There is no limit to the number of admins in a team.

Members are the normal team members of a workspace without special authorization. The authorization of a team member can be changed by clicking on this button.

Why do I need the team function?

The main advantage of the team function is the sharing of things. This starts with **documents **and goes all the way to templates.

By working as a team, it is possible to work together more quickly and efficiently. Sharing documents allows direct cooperative working.


Another advantage is the independent management of the team. There is no need for 10 different people to book a plan - only the owner of the team invites the created accounts, which saves time and effort in addition to the above advantages.


Can I switch to a team account with an existing plan?

Switching to a team account is also possible during an existing plan at the end of the plan's term. If you wish to switch immediately, neuroflash support will assist you at any time.


Will I keep my documents when I join a team?

The documents that have already been created are still available and can be called up. They can also be shared within the team by simply clicking on them.

How do I change the invoice details for a team account?

When creating a team account, it is important to note that no subsequent invoice changes can be made. It is therefore absolutely necessary to check the invoice details again before creating a team.


How do I share documents with my team?

Sharing documents can be done directly in the document to be shared by clicking on the settings. You can then share the document with your team or make it private again, as described in the image below. It is also possible to share the document publicly via a link.

How do I see the word usage of my team?

You can see the word usage of your team members in the dashboard of your account, both as owner and as admin of the workspace. Click on the following link: https://app.neuro-flash.com/profile/dashboard.
