What happens to my "old" personalities (Brand Voices in Brand Hub)?

If you have used standard personalities before inside ChatFlash, you can still use them now with our newest updates around Brand Hub.


Standard personalities in the past, such as "SEO Consultant" helped you to specialize your conversation around certain expert roles. With this our content output was better, as in this example the text was written with more background information on how a good SEO text looks like. We moved all those roles/skills into the category skills inside information.


For this:

  • open or create a ChatFlash conversation
  • Click on the file icon and scroll or filter for "skills" category
  • Select the skill you want to add.

If you created your own personality before the Brand Hub was released, you will find those under brand voice. They will stay available as they are, but now under the label “brand voice”. We restricted the number of created brand voices to:

  • free users to 1 brand voice
  • Standard customers to 1 brand voice
  • Pro customers to 5 brand voices
  • Business customers to unlimited

You can use all your previous created brand voices, even though they may surpass the limitations of your individual subscription plan. You will be only restricted to create new brand voices, if you have surpassed the limit.
