How the document works

📝 Good to know: editor + document are the same. The editor is the place where you'll work.

In the editor, you can:

How can I create a new document?

Click on "New" and chose a language (and if you want a text type). A new document will automatically open.

You have lots of options inside the editor. We'll explain every one of them below.

You'll find these options above the toolbar. In here you can find all relevant settings for your document

click "<", to go back to ContentFlash
press "+" and a new empty document will open
the flag displays your document's language. You can change the language by clicking on the flag. Keep in mind that this will reset ChatFlash for this document.
find a fitting name for your document and enter it by clicking on "Untitled"
on the right you're able to see the amount of words you have remaining. By clicking on it, a new menu will open which display more contingents like e.g. ImageFlash
download your document as HTML
share your document with your team or make it public

Change your texts, highlight sections, create checklists and much more.

use the arrows to undo or redo actions
click on the "Ts" to get an overview of different headings
next to it, select whether your text should be bold, italicized or underlined
you can also highlight text in color

decide whether your text should be left-aligned or formulated as a block paragraph after all
define a line spacing
create a list using bullet points or numbering
create a checklist and tick off important things later
determine how far your text should be indented
include images, tables and emojis in your document

use Flash Actions, to easily optimize, summarize and continue your texts or create your own Flash Action

Your document can look as personalized as this:

Either write your own text in your document or choose what the magic pen suggests.

Use "continue writing" to create and continue writing text directly in your document.

Of course, as always, you will find all the functions you may already know in your right-hand sidebar.
